The holidays are here! That usually means tons of eating yummy foods. At least for me. I do want to eat a lot of delicious holiday foods this time of year. That means, though, that I have to be extra careful and keep my exercise routine going, while making better choices with my foods. Do I really need that whole slice of pie? Do I really need alllll that butter? Should I really skip my cardio day? Leg day seems exhausting, but should I really take the day off?
