New Live Classes!

Live Skype classes starting 4/29!  We will be offering new live fitness classes three days per week.

I will have a 30 minute morning class at 10:00 central on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

Bodyweight workouts for all ages and skill levels.  No equipment needed, but for many moves, dumbbells may be added, if you want to try it.  We will help you scale the exercises, so that you are performing at your own level.

  • $15 Single Class
  • $20 2 Classes/Week
  • $30 3 Classes/Week
  • Sign up for 2 weeks in advance = 10% discount on whichever option you choose.

Looking for a private version of these classes?  You can sign up yourself, bring a friend, or put together a group!

You can sign up for a class up until 1 hour before the start of class. About 1 hour prior to class start, you will receive a link by email to join the class—no need to have an account! Must sign waiver and PAR-Q before your first class! Medical history questionnaire is not required.
