I had my first live virtual training session with Ashlen from Train Wild this weekend and was thoroughly impressed. I’m a fit runner & very confident with my ability to work out on my own, but I truly got more than my money’s worth out of my session with Ashlen. She is not only a certified personal trainer & strength/conditioning specialist, but also has a master’s degree in biology, which is obviously a huge plus when it comes to knowledge of the body. While her qualifications made me comfortable working with her in the first place, my actual session with her made me look forward to many more sessions in the future. She created a very relaxed atmosphere and was ready with any necessary substitutions my body needed. She was able to both workout along with me, demonstrating proper form, and provide me feedback/check in on me at the same time. As a bonus, we laughed together multiple times — it was truly fun. Whatever your fitness level, I highly recommend trying one of Train Wild’s several fitness options!
Note to animal lovers: Ashlen has pets and if you’re lucky you might just catch a glimpse of an adorable pup or kitten on her webcam as you train!
