We offer Group Fitness Classes at the Settler’s Park club house at 3010 Settler’s Way Boulevard in Sugar Land.
These classes are a 1-hour circuit style class that includes a warm-up, circuit exercises, and a cool down with stretching. You will build strength, work on cardio, mobility, and flexibility, in a welcoming, community atmosphere!

What to bring to class
Bring a mat, water, and any dumbbells or exercise bands, if you wish to add them!
Waiver & PAR-Q
You may find the required waiver and Par-Q below. To save time on your first class day, you may fill them out and email them back to us at trainwildfitness@gmail.com, or print them, fill them out, and bring them with you.
