Our in-person training takes place at beautiful outdoor spaces in Sugar Land. You can also work virtually in the comfort of your own home or your own gym using an online platform (US and Canadian clients). In-Person Training
Hate the gym or want to stay close to home? We can do that! If training in person, we will meet at at local outdoor space for our sessions, and I will give you a fully individualized plan to help you reach your goals.
Partner & Private Small Group Training
Have a partner you want to work with? Sign up for the duet sessions or monthly package and save some money!
We also offer private small group sessions for 3-5 people. This allows for individualized instruction but with a bit more responsibility for you. It's a great way to enjoy training with an intimate group of your friends, while saving some money, too!
To get started, contact us for an initial consultation (it's complimentary), book your appointment time, then fill out the initial consultation forms from the Forms link and submit them electronically. You may also download the forms and return them to forms@train-wild.com, if you prefer. Afterwards, we'll gather more information about you to better help you reach your goals.

Get Outside!
Did you know that exercising outdoors can be beneficial to your health in different ways than working out indoors? We love outdoor exercise and personal training in Sugar Land, our beautiful city! Studies have shown that exercising outdoors can raise the levels of feelings of satisfaction and wellness, greater than sweating it out in the gym. There is also the benefit of working out in a more unstable environment. When the terrain is unpredictable, your body has to adapt more quickly and is really put to the test. Another thing most people don't often think about is wind resistance. It can really help you work harder, especially when running into the wind! Another benefit is getting some of that Vitamin D that's oh so good for you (just remember the sunscreen!).
