Can't commit to a regular time? Need to stay close to home? Online training may be right for you! You get an individualized training plan and full support from me, all from the comfort of home. With online training, you still get the benefits of working with a personal trainer, all from right inside your home.

Want to work out at a park today? On vacation? With the mobile app, bring your plan and trainer with you! We use the mobile training platform Trainerize to deliver customized plans to you, anywhere you are.
Trainerize can be accessed from your computer or from the mobile app on your smartphone. You get a calendar, training plan, progress tracking and information, and, importantly, the ability to quickly contact your trainer. All plans come with instructions, and each exercise comes with written instructions and a quick demo video. All you have to do is follow the plan, moving from exercise to exercise, and the app will track your progress and send the info to your trainer. This allows your trainer to stay updated with your progress and provide any feedback.
Nutrition support
Nutrition is important, so we will be with you every step of the way to offer advice and support. With a free My Fitness Pal account, you can integrate it into the Trainerize app and keep track of your daily food intake to help stay on track.
To get started, click on the Book a Session link and choose the initial consultation (it's complimentary), book your appointment time, then fill out the initial consultation forms from the Forms link and submit them electronically. You may also download the forms and return them to forms@train-wild.com, if you prefer. Afterwards, we'll gather more information about you to better help you reach your goals.
