Terms & Conditions
Each client must read the terms and conditions of the services provided by Train Wild, LLC prior to purchase of and participation in training activities. By purchasing the sessions or packages, you agree to these terms. If you have any questions, contact us at info@train-wild.com prior to purchasing any sessions or packages.
Client Obligations
The client is expected to:
- Come prepared to work hard.
- Come wearing the proper attire: loose-fitting, athletic clothing, supportive shoes.
- Follow the program set by the trainer as closely as possible for maximum success.
- Provide the necessary information to the trainer to make the best decisions regarding programming.
- If required by the trainer, the client shall obtain further medical information from a physician.
- Be honest about any medical conditions that could affect your health during the program. The trainer will not be held responsible for any undeclared or unknown health conditions.
- Sign a waiver, PAR-Q, and any other form required by the trainer.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you miss your appointment, or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full price of your appointment. Missed appointments may be re-scheduled within the week of the appointment, or a Skype session may be exchanged for the missed session, with permission from the trainer.
Lateness Policy
If you are late, your session will not be extended and will end at the appointed time. The trainer may leave if you are more than 20 minutes late, and that session is forfeited. If the trainer is late, additional time may be added to your session or a future session.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued unless with a doctor’s note stating reason of absence or reason to cancel remaining sessions or package.
